The Law of Attraction & why it should be a focus in your life.

The Law of Attraction. 

It is simply the idea that what you do or think is what you attract. This refers to all aspects of life.

We’ve all gone through times in our lives where we’ve felt down, not quite ourselves or generally unhappy. When we feel like this, sometimes it’s difficult to get out of that mindset, so we end up feeling even more low and it’s like a cycle that never ends. Trust me, you can end this cycle.

Breaking this cycle is not an easy process. It is definitely easier said than done. 100%. But taking small steps to change that cycle to bring you happiness will make such a difference in your life. I look at it like this; when we are not feeling good, we tend to think in a certain way, our actions show this, we dig ourselves deeper into this hole, it feels like there is no escape. Imagine if you done something different. For example, if you’d normally listen to music that keeps you in that low place, why not listen to something else that would take your mind off it? Or if you’d normally indulge yourself in a tub of ice cream, how about having a banana or an orange? It might sound really silly, but doing things differently takes you away from the hole and allows you to focus on your happiness.

Breaking the cycle by projecting positive vibes; this is what will find you. It might take some time, but this is why the law of attraction is amazing.



Doing small, good deeds is another example of this. Being a genuinely nice and caring person is the simplest thing anyone could do on this earth.

The reason for me being the way I am, is because I was brought up knowing right from wrong, I understood that doing the right thing in a positive way would allow me to lead a life of happiness and simplicity.  Simple as that. 

Being a creative person, the law of attraction is super important. The way you project yourself, the things you want from your passion all fall in line with this. Act a certain way, you’re going to receive that same energy. If you’re serious about what you’re trying to do, people will take you seriously. Act half heartedly, people will look at you like that.

The Law of Attraction should be practised in a positive way because the way that the world is aligned, you will be rewarded. Thoughts & actions turns into things.

Below are some steps that will help you use the law of attraction in a positive way;

  1. Clear your mind.
  2. Understand what it is that you want from life.
  3. Tell the universe what it is that you want. Put it into existence. Write it down.
  4. Feel like you already have it, understand these feelings as if the universe has given it to you.
  5. Be thankful for what you already have, show gratitude to the things you have been presented in your life.
  6. Trust the process.
  7. Work hard & stay positive.



Great things can happen for us all if we put our mind to it. We began our journey on earth to be happy, succeed & enjoy life. Unfortunately we get thrown curve balls which can make it difficult to do those things but if you work hard at practising the law of attraction, you can be what you want, live how you want and be happy.

Remember, when things get complicated, think to yourself; Keep it Simple, Yeah?
